Generation of photonic tensor network states with circuit QED

We propose a circuit QED platform and protocol to generate microwave photonic tensor network states deterministically. first show that using cavity as ancilla transmon qubit emitter is good produce matrix product states. The combines large controllable Hilbert space with long coherence time, which we predict translates into high number of entangled photons bond dimension. Going beyond this paradigm, then consider natural generalization platform, in several cavity-qubit pairs are coupled form chain. thus produced feature two-dimensional entanglement structure can be interpreted radial plaquette projected pair [Wei, Malz, Cirac, Phys. Rev. Lett. 128, 010607 (2022)], include many paradigmatic states, such the broad class isometric graph string-net
